Quick rules to keep handy

1. Shared paths: keep right except when overtaking; call out “지나갈게요” before passing. Noise complaints happen fast on riverside decks.
2. Elevators: wipe wheels before boarding and let passengers exit first. Busan Metro Article 42 explicitly allows bikes outside peak bans—quoting it calms most guards.¹
3. Pedestrian first: scooters and delivery bikes often abuse bike lanes—don’t be that rider.
