Why it’s bike-friendly

Shinsegae Centum City is one of the largest department stores in the world and happens to be easily accessible by bike. The underground parking includes dedicated bike parking areas, and the multiple entrances make it easy to find a spot close to where you need to go.

Getting there by bike

From the Suyeong River path, take the Centum City exit. The department store is well-signed and visible. Multiple underground parking entrances mean you can choose the most convenient one based on your route.

What to know

  • Bike parking: Located in underground parking, look for the bike symbol signs
  • Security: Underground parking is monitored, but still use a good lock
  • Shopping: Perfect for picking up supplies, gear, or just browsing
  • Food court: Great place to refuel after a ride

Cycling tips

The Centum City area can be busy during peak shopping hours (weekends, evenings). The bike lanes are generally good, but watch for delivery vehicles and taxis. The underground parking can be a bit confusing—follow the signs for bicycle parking.
